1. Privacy
Visitors' IP addresses are automatically included in any forms submitted from this site. Your IP address cannot be used to locate you. It's done to stop the misuse.
2. Copyrights
Swifty Car Transport owns the presentation, design, and content displayed in each section of this website. Australian and international copyright laws protect them. Without Swifty Car Transport’s written consent, none of these contents may be copied, replicated, or distributed.
3. Obligation
You accept full responsibility for using this website. Neither Swifty Car Transport nor the company that designed the website (Swifty Car Transport) make any warranties about this website or accept liability for any technical errors.
4.Our Position
By using our service, you agree that Swifty Car Transport will act as your agent to secure the best possible terms and conditions. You must acknowledge that vehicle transport is not a task that Swifty Car Transport handles directly. Also, remember that the carrier, Swifty Car Transport, oversees transporting your vehicle. This implies that you accept the carrier's terms and conditions.
5. Transport Conditions
All vehicles must meet the following requirements: The car must be in good condition and can be driven. The following are the typical dimensions for cars, sedans, and light trucks/SUVs:
Car / Sedan:a. Length: 5.1 meters or less.
b. Width: 2 meters or less.
c. Height: 1.65 meters or less.
SUV, light commercial, and 4WD
a. Length: 5.2 meters or less
b. Width: 2 meters or less.
c. Height: 1.9 meters or less.
6. Transport Vehicles with Items Inside
All vehicles must be empty unless the 'Goods in Car' option is chosen. Please be aware that this service only accepts items that meet the criteria described below:

8. Transit Times
Pickup Dates and Transit Days are only estimates and only apply to business days; weekends and federal holidays are not included. Due to busy times, natural disasters, and backlogs, pickup dates and transit days may change. Transit Time begins on the day when the shipment is picked up or dropped off at the depot. Please avoid scheduling holidays, trips, or meetings based on estimated transit times because Swifty Car Transport does not guarantee collection or delivery times.
9. Vehicle Collection
Every booking made through Swifty Car Transport is unique in some way. We demand a minimum of 3 business days' notice when collecting vehicles from metropolitan doors. Although it could change, we make every effort to have your car picked up during this time. Additional notice will be needed for rural collections. The desired collection date does not guarantee a time or date for your reservation. Before collection, one of our load planners or fleet controllers will contact you to choose a date and slot of time.
10. Vehicle(S) Collection from The Depot
Vehicles that have been delivered to a depot must be picked up within three business days after arrival. Vehicles that are not picked up within this window might be charged daily storage costs.
11. Automobile collection from auction houses
Auction vehicles must be in good condition and free of dents and damage. The service should be re-quoted if the car invoice indicates any type of write-off or shows any damage because the prices established do not take written-off or damaged cars into account. You must give us this information while booking the service. If not provided, we may cancel the service. Additionally, after a booking is made, all necessary supporting papers for collecting a car from an auction house must be provided before collection.
12. Changes in Bookings
Any requests for changes to a reservation must be made in writing and sent to info@pslogistics.com.au. The administrative fees for your service may increase because of changes made after a booking has been confirmed and information has been given to you.
13. Vehicle Damage
According to the Corporations Act of 2001 (Cth), P&S Logistics does not organize or provide insurance for any of its goods or services and does not possess an Australian Financial Services License. This includes any loss or harm to personal items left in the vehicle as well as any harm the presence of such items causes to the vehicle, all of which is done at your own risk. You acknowledge that P&S Logistics is acting as your agent to secure the best pricing and service for you when you use our service. If the carrier is deemed to have been careless and damaged your vehicle during transit, the carrier will give an accidental transit guarantee. Claims MUST be submitted directly to the carrier for approval. Within 24 hours of picking up the car, submit a written claim to info@pslogistics.com.au There could be an additional fee. Without the carrier's written consent, no repairs may be made. Any standard or non-standard motor vehicle accessory that is not permanently attached to the vehicle, such as number plates, antennas, bulbar, awnings, roof racks, louvres, rain shields, bonnet protectors, bug protectors, sunshades, additional lights and/or sirens, or other vehicle accessories, is not covered by the carrier's insurance policy.
In any event, carriers do not provide coverage for already damaged or undrivable vehicles. Vehicles with a market value of more than $80,000 or older than 30 years old are not covered. Additionally, the carrier is not responsible for any window damage, hidden defects, mechanical or electrical damage, derangement that may occur in vehicles being transported, loss or damage brought on by or connected to a Force Majeure Event, or any other damages or losses. A "Force Majeure Event" is defined as any circumstance beyond a party's reasonable control that results in delays or inability to fully or partially carry out any obligations, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, drought, hail, storm, lightning, earthquake, wildlife impact, act of God, peril of sea or air, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, pandemic or epidemic, accident, road or rail closures, road works, breakdown of equipment or infrastructure and rail derailment. Any standard or non-standard motor vehicle accessory that is not permanently attached to the vehicle, such as number plates, antennas, bulbar, awnings, roof racks, louvres, rain shields, bonnet protectors, bug protectors, sunshades, additional lights and/or sirens, eyelashes, or other vehicle accessories, is not covered by the carrier's insurance policy.
14. Cancellations
Phone calls to cancel a booking are not accepted. All cancellations must be done in
written form. Depending on the specifics of the cancellation, we reserve the right to tack
on a fee ranging from $120.00 to $195.00. It is in addition to fees for giving inaccurate
information at the time of booking. The processing of a refund can take up to 5 business
days.
