Please avoid scheduling holidays, trips, or meetings based on estimated transit times because Swifty Car Transport does not guarantee collection or delivery times.
9. Vehicle Collection from the door
Every booking made through Swifty Car Transport is unique in some way. We ask customers to allow a minimum of 3 business days to collect vehicles from metropolitan doors from the date you selected. Although it could change, we make every effort to have your car picked up during this time. Additional time will be needed for rural collections and driver meets. The desired collection date picked does not guarantee a time or date for your booking. Before collection, one of our load planners or fleet controllers will contact you to advise a date and time slot.
Note:A futile fee will apply if we cannot collect the vehicle due to unmet booking obligations or other related issues.
10. Vehicle(S) Collection from The Depot
Vehicles that have been delivered to a depot must be picked up within 2 business days after arrival. Vehicles that are not picked up within this window might be charged daily storage costs.
11. Automobile collection from auction houses
Auction vehicles must be in good condition and free of damage. The service should be re-quoted if the car invoice indicates any type of write-off or shows any damage, because the prices established do not take written-off or damaged cars into account. You must give us this information before booking the service. If not provided, we may cancel the service or continue with additional fees charged. Additionally, after a booking is made, all necessary supporting papers for collecting a car from an auction house must be provided before collection.
If we attempt to collect your vehicle and are unable to do so because the booking conditions have not been met, a futile fee will apply.
12. Changes in Bookings
Any requests for changes to a reservation must be made in writing and sent to info@swiftycartransport.com.au. The fees for your service may increase because of changes made after a booking has been confirmed and information has been given to you.
